ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

We ship out orders fast, but we’re not Amazon Prime (yet). Most orders go out within 2-5 business days, and after that, it depends on the carrier. Standard shipping in the U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days. If you live in the middle of nowhere, maybe longer.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. If you need your order ASAP, select expedited shipping at checkout. If you need it even faster than that, try summoning a wizard because we can only do so much.

Where is my tracking number?

As soon as we ship your order, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email info@westpalmbeachtshirts.com, and we’ll make sure your package isn’t lost in the void.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, or your package is marked as delivered but you’re staring at an empty porch, breathe first, then email us. We’ll help you track it down.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

If you ordered something and then decided you hate it (which seems unlikely, but okay), you can return unworn, unwashed, and non-custom items within 14 days. Just email info@westpalmbeachtshirts.com, and we’ll set it up. Custom orders are final sale—no take-backs.

Do you offer exchanges?

Need a different size? The easiest way is to place a new order for the right size and return the original one. That way, you don’t have to wait weeks while we swap things around.

I got the wrong item or my order was damaged—now what?

If we messed up, we’ll fix it—fast. Email info@westpalmbeachtshirts.com within 48 hours with your order number and a picture of the issue. We’ll send you the right item or a replacement at no cost.

What material are your T-shirts made of?

Our tees are 100% ringspun cotton, meaning they’re soft, durable, and feel like your favorite old T-shirt from day one. Some styles include a polyester blend for stretch and longevity.

Do your shirts shrink?

Minimal shrinkage might happen after the first wash—just like your patience on a Monday morning. Wash them in cold water and air dry or tumble dry on low if you want to keep them fitting the same way.

How do I keep the design looking fresh?

Easy. Wash inside out, cold water, low heat, and no ironing directly over the design. If you follow these steps, your shirt will outlast your ex’s last relationship.

Can I order custom T-shirts or mugs?

What’s the minimum order for custom printing?

You can order just one piece, but if you want bulk pricing, you’ll need to order a few more. We promise the savings are worth it.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for retailers?
